In order to book this unit it is necessary to send a copy/photo of the first payment requested (50% of total amount)

Refund policy: Only by canceling within 48 hours of payment will a full refund be issued (minus any commissions generated by the payment method). Once this period has elapsed or the property has been handed over, no refunds will be provided. This applies even if the tenant vacates the property before the established date, for both the accommodation fee and the security deposit.

Política de reembolso: Únicamente cancelando 48 hrs  después de pagado el anticipo se reembolsa en su totalidad (menos las comisiones que el medio de cobro haya generado), una vez pasado este tiempo o entregada la propiedad no hay reembolsos. Esto aplica incluso si el inquilino desocupe la propiedad.

Check-in is at 3pm. Check-in before this time is subject to space and availability.

Before occupying each unit, an inspection and inventory is carried out, checking that all the equipment and furniture is in perfect condition. The unit is delivered clean and with all the equipment in working order.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify if they find any items that are broken, in poor condition, or broken equipment. Guests are responsible for the care of the property and its contents during occupancy. (An inventory is on his nightstand)

Tenants are responsible for ensuring that all doors and windows are closed before leaving the property as well as air conditioners turned off.

El registro de entrada a la unidad es a partir de las 3pm. El check in antes de esta hora está sujeto a espacio y disponibilidad.

Antes de la ocupación de cada unidad se realiza una inspección e inventario de la misma revisando que todo el equipo y mobiliario se encuentre en perfectas condiciones, la unidad se entrega limpia y con todo el equipo en funcionamiento.

Es responsabilidad del inquilino avisar de inmediato al administrador si encuentra algún objeto roto, en malas condiciones o equipo descompuesto. Los huéspedes son responsables del cuidado de la propiedad y su contenido durante la ocupación. (Un inventario se encuentra en su mesita de noche)

Los inquilinos son responsables de asegurarse que todas las puertas y ventanas estén cerradas antes de salir de la propiedad así como los aires acondicionados apagados.

It is a mandatory requirement to leave the day of arrival and upon checking in to the unit a security deposit for the amount stipulated at the time of booking, which will be refunded on the day of departure once we have checked and made the departure report. If there is any damage to the property or loss of any item, the value of the damage and/or repair will be charged to the security deposit.

Security deposit is non-negotiable. 

Es requisito obligatorio dejar el día de la llegada y al hacer el check in en la unidad un depósito de seguridad por la cantidad estipulada al momento de reservar, el cual será reembolsado el día de la salida una vez que hayamos revisado y realizado el reporte de salida. Si hubiera algún daño a la propiedad o pérdida de algún artículo, se cargará al depósito de seguridad el valor del daño y/o reparación.

El depósito de seguridad no es negociable.

Unit departure time is 11 am. If you wish to leave the unit later than the designated time it will be subject to space and availability.

Before check out, the inspection and departure inventory report is carried out, which lasts approximately 15 minutes. You are asked to take this time in consideration to calculate your transfer to the airport and the waiting time there. You must have all your belongings packed and wait in the lobby to carry out the inspection. The security deposit refund will be effective when the inspection is completed. You are asked to report objects, furniture or equipment that have been damaged or lost to collect the cost thereof. If you do not report at check out, an extra penalty will be charged to the value. Both parties agree that the cost of repair or replacement of some of the items will be deducted from the security deposit; If the amount necessary to cover any damage to the property exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the guest agrees to pay it directly to Costa Peninsula.

La hora de salida de la unidad es a la 11 am. Si desea dejar la unidad más tarde de la hora señalada estará sujeto a espacio y disponibilidad.

Antes del check out se realiza la inspección y reporte de inventario de salida, el cual dura aproximadamente 15 minutos, se le pide tomar en cuenta este tiempo, para calcular su traslado al aeropuerto y el tiempo de espera en el mismo. Deberá de tener todas sus pertenencias empacadas y esperar en el lobby para poder realizar la inspección. El reembolso del depósito de seguridad será efectivo cuando se haya terminado la revisión de salida. Se le pide reportar los objetos, mobiliario o equipo que hayan sufrido daños o pérdida para cobrar el costo del mismo, de no reportarse al check out se cobrará una penalización extra al valor. Ambas partes están de acuerdo que el costo de la reparación o reposición de algunos de los elementos será deducido del depósito de seguridad; si la cantidad necesaria para cubrir algún daño a la propiedad excediera al monto del depósito de seguridad, el huésped se compromete a pagarla directamente a Costa Peninsula.

Smoking is prohibited inside the units. If this clause is not respected, the security deposit will be deducted for the purposes of disinfecting the unit plus any extra expenses that may be generated.

Está prohibido fumar dentro de las unidades, en caso de no respetar esta cláusula se descontará el depósito de seguridad para efectos de desinfectar la unidad más gastos extras que se pudieran generar.

It is prohibited to enter more than the number of persons than those mentioned in the reservation, it is necessary to notify your Host in advance.

Subletting is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Está prohibido ingresar más personas de las mencionadas en la reservación, es necesario avisar con antelación a su anfitrión. Las mascotas están prohibidas dentro del alojamiento. En caso de no cumplir con las normas del condominio este contrato será rescindido sin reembolso alguno.
